Thank you! I’m glad you like the blog 🙂 Pacha isn’t something that I’ve made before by myself. I’ll consult the experts (my mom and aunts) and have something posted on here.
Hi Mazin,
Dolma is definitely a bit time consuming. If you want traditional dolma with stuffed onions, the only option is to actually stuff the vegetables. But, if you’re interested in trying something a bit different, you could try just making the dolma filling, and cooking it without stuffing onions. You could boil onions and swiss chard with the rice, or sauté it separately.
Absolutely! I’ll add them to the list of foods I should add. Right now, I don’t have the vegetables for torshy, but I think I can do one for kubba hamouth. 🙂
Hi Candace! Can you do a dolma recipe? I’m Mexican and My bf is Chaldean and I love your page bc I get to cook some of his favorite (and mine too) dishes. 😋😋
Hi Nayelli! Thank you for visiting the website – I’m glad you like it! Let me know if there are other recipes you’d really like to see here. I do in fact have a dolma recipe. And, I’m planning to update it in the next few weeks. Here is the page for the recipe: https://www.boushala.com/2014/06/21/dolma-stuffed-grape-leaves/
Do you have the recipe for Halawa with the nuts and white powder and they were always round balls. I think it has pistachios or walnuts I haven’t had it in over 20 years.
Thank you!!! Your blog is amazing. Do you think you could add recipe for Pacha?

Thank you for your reply! your recipes are the best!
Is there a way for a man like me to make a Dolmah without making it in such hard job?
I like only onion and Swiss chard.
